Religionous Parade

Few weeks ago, there was a parade that passed by my house. I was pretty shockd about it though, to be honest... The next day, my mother took me to see the apparatus used in the parade.

The boat where the Buddha resides. Amazingly huge, isn't it? I took the photos some with flash on. Try and find the difference! =P

Look at that cute little turtle!! The shell is made of green beans and the eyes are made of black and white sesame seeds!! It would take hours to make something as magnificent as that!!

The peacock is also a work of art... See the lovely peacock feathers? I mean, does it look REAL to you?

The rest is a lot of parade apparatus, which I don't really quite the functions... Enjoy!!

Got to go... My boss has just called me... He's ready for my next mission... Sayonara!!

My life + UNSW + Oral

It's been a while since I updated my blog... The way I put it is that my life is lacking of interest... My exam's a riot...

OK... It's this... I just signed up for a UNSW Australia exam for Mathematics. The fee is RM26, and I'm hoping to sign up for English and Science too... Wish me luck!!

Today, Science quiz is on... So, I bought 2 quiz papers, costed RM0.40... Kanasai, damn expensive for a piece of paper, don't you think? I decided since I bought 2, so I wrote Shi Chuen's name on 1 of them... She got pretty mad, but I don't really care... If she got 1st place, she's giving me half the prize... Hahaha...

Oral is today... As the leader of my group, the teacher, Miss Yati asked the leaders of every group to see who will go first... I got no. 4... VERY lucky right??? ==

Luckily, although a bit kelam-kabut, See Kee and Siang Zheng managed to pull it off... I almost forgot the script lines, but thank God I was calm... I think that my group did a very good job today, except for Zhi Rong. His voice is a LITTLE too soft, but it's still alright... See Kee and I have no pressure and started to talk like normal friends already...

Try to update my blog more often, OK? Very busy with my stuff... Bye for now...

My first homemade spagethi!!

Hi, guys! As I promised, this is my spaghetti post!!!

I forgot what day it is, but it's the day when I made my first spaghetti! It turned out pretty much alright...

I have to make the spaghetti soft first. Some of you out there may think that I made my own sauce. The answer is no. The sauce is bought ready-made... =)

The noodles are boiling away. I added salt in it. In case some of you out there wondered why, I'll explain. Salt is an impurity, it can raise the boiling point above 100 degrees, and make the freezing point go way beneath 0 degrees. P.S.I'm a Science freak... =P

The noodles took almost 20 minutes to soften (I checked it every 5 minutes). While waiting, I added extra spice to the sauce. Try and guess what I added... Times up! I added thyme!

And TADA!!! One for me and one for my brother!

The spaghetti turned out alright, so I dare say it's a wonderful success!!

I'll be off to Melaka with my beloved sister on the 28th of May. Will be posting and uploading about it. Stay tuned to my life!!!

I know this sounds weird and absurd, but yes... I have a new foster sister. Her name is See Jia Le.

She's Form 2 this year, and she's a girl (of course, that's why she's my SISTER, not BROTHER... LOL). The crazy thing about this brother and sister relationship is that she's in afternoon session, while I'm in morning session. So, it's considered a bit like 阴阳相隔… LOL

Well, this is the blog post I'll be sumbitting a post soon. It's about yesterday, when I cooked my first spaghetti! Stay tuned, people!!

P.S. Those who bully Jia Le is going to suffer the consequences... Don't let my dark side take over, or else you'll suffer the consequences 10 times worse than my original abilities... I'm warning to those people out there whom tried to disturb her and making her uncomfortable, and those who doesn't appreciate her when she proposes to him... I know you people out there wanted to hurt her, but if you do anything fishy, I'll eliminate you, as the ultimate fighter of the Spirit World...

Old Folks Home Blog Post

OK. The Old Folks Home Blog Post starts NOW!!

Last Saturday, after tuition, I followed my mother with a bunch of her friends to 2 Old Folks Home.

Outside the first Old Folks Home. I'm in my mother's car. It was raining like hell!! =@

The old folks are sitting down and enjoying the "bak kut teh" my mother's friends bought...

See the man in the yellow shirt? He held up the "bak kut teh" as soon as I held up the camera. It's kinda amusing though...

The very skinny man? Well, he asked me to take a photo of him. So, I kindly just snapped a picture, and showed him his so-called "portrait"... He laughed with joy and I just laughed...

One of the aunties. She helped a man, because his leg seemed hurt and had difficulties in walking. Extra points to her!!



After all the so-called "excitement", we waved goodbye to the old folks and wished them Happy CNY. The aunties even brought some angpao for them. Remember the yellow-shirt guy? Well, he asked me to come again tomorrow! I just said, "OK, OK..."

Few minutes later, we're at the second old folks home. The rain poured worse than ever. We reached our destination and started to give out the "bak kut teh"...

The aunties were giving out the delicacies to the old folks in the backgound... *smacks forehead* I didn't take the shot properly... ='(

I'm gonna tell you guys this. DON'T EVER SEND YOUR PARENTS TO ANY OTHER OLD FOLKS HOME!!! It's not good, you know. It hurts their feelings just to do so. Make a promise with me, don't send them away!! OK?

Yeah... I know... I've left my blog like... SUPER DEAD... It's because of the Chinese New Year stuff that I'm supposed to get ready... It's a busy Chinese New Year...

OK. The Year of the Rabbit. What does it signifies? It signifies the characteristics of a rabbit. Its speed, agility and mental thinking (of course, if an enemy comes after them, a rabbit will hop up a tree??? No way...)... The forest is full of rabbits, which means that rabbits also have good reproductive system.

OK. Yesterday, I received an SMS from Cassandra, who is recently dying of chickenpox... Poor her... Anyway, she sent a weird Valentines message (I know you idiots out there who knew Cassandra are thinking, it's NOT). So, I spread it to some of my female friends (cause it's a Valentines message...), and 4 replied. Even Chai Ni and Lim Miyan (who used to be my enemies) replied!

 

OK. I better be going...

 

P.S. I NEVER liked Miyan. STOP SAYING I DID, YOU F*CKERS!!!!

OK. I've abandoned my blog for quite a while now... Busy Twitter-ing with all the other users...


School's gonna reopen the day after tomorrow... Now, I can even hear fireworks, and that created my philosophy... The fireworks during New Year is released by the children, because it's New Year. Now, the fireworks is released by the children's parents, because school is reopening!! Haha...


Anyway, my life is so mix-matched... Going to Koperasi for 5 days, but there aren't any salary... It's pretty not fair, but I enjoyed it anyway... Koperasi is my life, and I'm not going to lose my job that easily...


Another problem: Zaine's not coming down to Malaysia. Last year, he made it here and we had fun eating and playing. But now, fun had disappeared... Nevertheless, Sharma invited me to his birthday party the day after his birthday. And boy, I was lucky, the food was FABULOUS!!! I mean, the “sotong” doesn't taste like “sotong” at all...
